I received an email stating that customer support is now available via WhatsApp. However, when I tried using the Contact Us option in the My Payment Vault app, it only showed a form and did not lead to a WhatsApp chat.
I also have another issue: I forgot both my username and password, so Im currently unable to log in to My Payment Vault to view my salary or card balance.

Verified ReviewerNO CUSTOMER SERVICE /INTENTIONAL DECLINE FOR FEES
I have been donating plasma for a year or so at Octapharma Plasma. The only way they pay you is through a pre-paid card by Northlane-now owned by Onbe.
I can not tell you how frustrating this card has been. I try to use it online and it declines-a fee is charged. There are funds available on the card. This is a continuing issue.
I try to use it at Walmart and it always declines the first time -again a fee is charged. Funds are available on the card. The second time it goes through. This is also a continuing issue.
I send messages to Northlane-Onbe online repeatedly but of course, noone replies. There is no way to contact a live person via the phone and they offer no online chat. These fees are clearly fraudulent and the card is declining in order for the company to assess the fees. So I decided to add my Paypal checking account and transfer the funds.
But, after trying 3 days straight now, I get the error message-bank details invalid. They are not invalid-they are correct. Again, I send messages and again I get no reply. I would like to know how this company is allowed to stay in business.
Octapharma and the other businesses who use this card need to change the way donors are paid.
This is completely illegal and the company should not be allowed to operate. It's beyond ridiculous!!!

Preferred solution: I want my bogus fees refunded . I also want my Paypal checking account linked to this card. I want someone to actually contact me!!
